Fasting for weight loss is not a new concept but scientists have discovered new and surprising ways that fasting can benefit you. Intermitted fasting is quickly becoming the more popular way of losing weight as it provides easy and practical steps for the process of losing weight.
What is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is a practice that is used as a weight loss and personal development. It focuses on food on calorie restrictions at different times of the day/ week. The underlying concept of all the tasting methods is the fact that the user goes through periods where they eat and periods where they don’t eat. The periods of food consumption vary in the different method but usually involve periods where the user is advised to eat and other periods where the user is advised not to eat.

This is the programme that I personally use and recommend as it involved not eating or fasting for 2 days of the week and then eating the foods that you like in the other two days of the week.T his method is extremely easy to follow as it based on a simple concept that is easy to follow and doesn’t require a weight loss book .
2) The 8:16 method, lean gains method or skip breakfast method.
The 8:16 method is a way of intermittent that involves not eating for the greater part of the day (16 hours ) and eating for the 8 hours remaining. This programme may seem like a difficult way of fasting for weight loss but its actually as easy as missing breakfast, but if you don’t know what I am talking about, let me explain further.
Most people eat breakfast every day between 6 to 11 o’clock in the morning so skipping breakfast and only eating lunch and dinner means that you are only eating from 12:00 to 8:00 every day.
3)Stop Eat Stop
Stop eat stop is very similar to the 5:2 mentioned above it involves periods where followers eat little to no calories in 2 days of the week while eating much of what you would like on the other 5 days of the week,
The point is that you as the user and follower of the diet choose the best plan for you,
Most people will not tell you that there is another way that people use fasting to lose weight and gain muscle that is used by many athletes and models, well this extreme kind of dieting means that the user doesn’t eat for 20 hours and has a GIANT meal at the end of the day with all the extra trimmings.

The benefits of fasting for weight loss have been well documented in the Journal of Translational Medicine that was first documented and launched in 2016. which documented that users who adopted the diet for a period of 2 weeks had lost more body fat than a controlled group is subjects.

Eating much more food than you need but still not getting full is a problem that means the body needs to be detoxified. Fasting for weight loss means that the user detoxes in the fasting periods so that the body reduces its satisfaction level,
You want the fountain of youth.

If you are diabetic and take any kind of medicine to regulate your sugar levels as HAVING YOU BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS SO LOW COULD BE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!
If you are addicted to sugar and carbohydrates:
You can technically eat as what you would like while on an intermittent fasting diet but it can be very dangerous to skip your blood sugar levels when eating highly processed foods so the user must make an effort to have a meal that is as healthy as possible while allowing the occasional chocolate or beer.
You have a history of anorexia or another eating disorder.
The use of intermitted fasting as a user who has previously suffered from an eating disorder such as bulimia means that this diet could be a gateway back to the disease.
If you are expecting or are planning to get pregnant or are using IVF to try and get pregnant:
Pregnancy is not a time for weight loss so as a pregnant person we don’t recommend that you attempt long fasted periods for more than 24 hours
You are on medication that you are required to make in the morning with food :
This kind of medication means that the user must eat in the morning which would make most of the fasting weight loss methods difficult or impossible
The real truth about fasting for weight loss :
Intermittent fasting is the most freeing weight loss method as it doesn’t involve the user having track their calories such as my fitness pal. but only 2 days with little or no food; this easy method of eating also makes the rate of unsuccessful users very low compared to other weight loss methods.
What happens when you get hungry when you are fasting.
There are many ways to curb your hunger when you are fasting the first and maybe the most popular is Coffee. Coffee is a great superfood as its ingredients promote weight loss but boosting metabolism and suppressing appetite. Cofee is also extremely versatile as it can be frozen and used as a refreshing low fat and natural appetite suppressant.
Most users have reported that hunger levels do not increase during the course of the day but stay stable or are forgotten while working. One must remember any change of lifestyle will be difficult and require an effort from the users ; users report that hunger levels in their first week are anywhere from six to 8 out of ten;however users who have been fasting for weight loss for more than 3 weeks report a lower level of about 3 to 4 out of ten .
Will fasting for weight loss work for me.
Intermittent fasting or IF will not work for everyone it involves a strong mind a dedication so the user must be committed to their fasting schedule and be practical about getting back from failures in weight loss.
