With all the recipes I will give you two methods as I mostly work with the pressure cooker that makes it easy and saves me time. I will also include the normal stove top method for your convenience.
1)Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons avocado oil, olive oil or coconut oil and fry onions slightly till they are soft.
2)Add carrots, cabbage, red pepper and green beans.
3)Cook for five to seven minutes
4)Stir in the diced tomatoes, broth, oregano and seasoning. Let it simmer for ten minutes.
5)Add in the baby marrow and simmer for another five minutes.
6)Ready to serve or store in a container in the fridge, it needs to be sealed.
Like most dishes, the flavour will be better the next day.
Switch your pot on an ad 2 spoons oil of your choice and slightly cook the onion. After the onions are soft add all other ingredients in and choose the soup setting. If you have an automatic pot by choosing the soup setting the pot will decide for you what the time should be. Close the pot and wait for the machine to do its job.
